The concept for An Examination of Authentic Beauty evolved from the concept that it is possible to deconstruct the barriers that hinder our ability to live our best life. “The opportunity to explore common issues with other women using creativity, dialogue, humor, and relaxation can be very impactful,” said Rachel Prendergast. “Through discussion, guided imagery, and art we can create major shifts in our attitudes about our bodies and how we move through the world.” Each seminar provides a safe, comfortable environment to discuss, meditate, and create art around the issues of body image, self-care, and personal growth.
