By: Jinny Software In accordance with the regulations adopted by the FCC, CMAS will support the location-based broadcast of three types of emergency message: • Presidential alerts: top-priority messages issued by the U.S. President to identify local, regional or national emergencies. • Imminent- • AMBER alerts: relating to missing or endangered children in abduction or runaway situations. Velleros is working with the US Department of Homeland Security Science and Technology and FEMA to supply carriers with CMAS solutions that have both mission-critical reliability and commercial viability. “After performing due diligence on platform vendors, we made the decision to partner with Jinny Software.
