Yacht and aviation shows coming up for the ICM group of companies

Sept. 14, 2011 - PRLog -- THE SHOW SEASON starts for Dominion Marine, the Douglas-based company which has been prominent in the yachting industry since 1984, with the prestigious Monaco Yacht Show from 21-24 September.  The organisers are expecting over 500 exhibitors from all over the world and up to 30,000 visitors. The length of the superyachts at the show has been steadily increasing over the years and this year 56% of the yachts will measure over 40m.

The presence of so many superyachts means this is a key show for Dominion Marine and many other Corporate Service Providers from the Isle of Man. The Isle of Man Ship Registry will also be present with a stand. The Dominion team will be headed by director and founder Chris Allix who has been attending the event since it started 21 years ago. Chris told us:

“The Monaco Yacht Show is definitely the one not to miss and we have been supporting it for many years. Chris Allix will be accompanied by senior colleagues Catherine Connolly and Andy Duggan as well as Simon Roberts of Dominion Crew Solutions. Jackie Baker, of Dominion Consultants Limited, based in Antibes, will also be attending.

The ICM Group’s aviation staff are also preparing for the new show seasons with two aviation shows coming up in September. Douglas based ICM Aviation Limited and partner UK companies Martyn Fiddler Associates Limited and ICM ETS Limited will be exhibiting at BGAD on 20th September and Helitech from 27-29 September.

BGAD is the Business & General Aviation Day that is being held for the 7th year running at Cambridge Airport with a small exhibitor area and static display. A relatively small show, BGAD is designed to be an informal event for aviation professionals to catch up with existing contacts, attend seminars and find out what is happening in the world of business aviation.

Later on in the month ICM Aviation and Martyn Fiddler Associates will be exhibiting at Helitech which is held at Duxford Airfield in Cambridge. This show takes place in the UK in alternate years.  Celebrating its 25th anniversary this year, Helitech is the largest dedicated helicopter exhibition in Europe. As exhibitors at the show, Martyn Fiddler Associates and ICM Aviation are able to promote their bespoke helicopter freighting service as well as asset ownership solutions, registration, importation and VAT services.
