The Drapers awards are the pinnacle for the UK’s clothing community and set the benchmark for the rest of the countries top retailers and brands. They are described, as the ‘Oscars for the retail world’
Chemical Records will feature in the ‘Menswear Retailer of the Year’ category and will wait unti the awards ceremony in London on November 16th at the Grosvenor House Hotel to find out whether they have won.
Chemical Records is unique in it’s offering as it is also one of the UK’s larget independent music retailes, starting out nearly 15 yeards ago as a record shop in Cheltenham. Chemical now specialises in clothing from it’s base in Bristol having grown via it’s website and bricks and mortar shop, where orders are shipping internationally each day.
Marketing Manager Stephen Davis was quoted as saying...
“To even be nominated for a Drapers Award is an honour in itself as in our industry accolades don’t come any higher. It is a great achievement to be acknowledged by Drapers as we are constantly striving to improve our offering to our customers, both those that shop in store and those that shop online.”
