Sept. 13, 2011 - PRLog -- Rome, September 13th, 2011 – “Valdagno, Arizona”, the documentary film by Pyoor Collective, received a warm welcome Friday September 9th at the 68th International Film Festival of Venice in the Venice Days director’s fortnight.

Following the worldwide press preview on Friday morning, “Valdagno, Arizona” was screened in the evening for the public at the Pagoda where many came to discover the essence of Pyoor. More than 300 persons watched the screening of the documentary film and later took part in the exciting live performance by the Pyoor Band led by Jonny Rosch.

Pyoor’s website, www.pyoorworld.com, which was launched at the same time as the Festival’s opening on August 31st, received over 169,000 visits in ten days with more than 82,000 pages opened by users.
Marina Marzotto remarked: “As Giorgio Gosetti, General Representative of Venice Days, said when introducing our documentary, it really looks like an utopia come true! The times may be ripe for a sincere message to attract attention despite the lack of mega-stars and backing from huge organizations.”
