Oct. 11, 2011 - PRLog -- Shortflatt Tower are putting the final touches on Fullerton Place Spa, ready to open its doors on  November 3rd. Fullerton Place is the brand new on-site spa of the exclusive countryside retreat Shortflatt Tower, located in Belsay, Northumberland. The Spa has been lovingly renovated from the historic stable blocks at Shortflatt Tower. Come November 3rd, Fullerton Place will unveil four luxurious treatment rooms with a Hammam, steam room and a state-of-the-art spa hot tub.

Extensive work at the recherche Northumberland wedding venue, Shortflatt Tower, has been ongoing this past year. Work on the development of Fullerton Place has been undertaken as well as the redevelopment of the Tower and grounds itself. A complete redecoration and rejuvenation of the 15th century Pele Tower and gardens have been happening alongside the development of the spa; resulting in Shortflatt Tower and Fullerton place combining to create a fantastic and alluring countryside retreat.

Fullerton Place will offer a whole range of treatments to allow you to relax, unwind and enrich yourself. Treatments include Hammam, aromatherapy,  facials and various types of massage. Fullerton Place's authentic Hammam is a noteworthy feature that sets Fullerton Place apart from other Spas in the North. It is one of only a handful of Spas north of London that offer this alleviating and luxurious type of massage in an elegant Turkish style Hammam.

Shortflatt Tower is owned and run by Octavia and Jono Hedley-Dent. Octavia Hedley-Dent has been a devoted advocate of the many and varied benefits of complementary and holistic therapies and treatments throughout her lifetime.

An expert team has been carefully handpicked at Fullerton Place. Grace Hoskyn, manager of Fullerton Place, has been a practicing complementary therapist since 2001 after an apprenticeship in a mountain health retreat and spa in South Africa. Grace successfully completed her training as an ITEC aromatherapy practitioner and massage therapist and then went on to study Complementary health, covering an array of complementary therapies and health systems at degree level.  Grace has recently been joined by Deborah, Fullerton Place's dedicated fulltime beauty and holistic therapist. Deborah is an expert therapist in a wide range of various treatments and forms of holistic therapy.
