In addition, this program offers an opportunity for clients who have participated in a retreat to maintain contact with Vita Vie Retreat and continue to be coached toward their goals from the trainers and coaches they know and trust. Trainers and wellness coaches will establish safe short and long term goals for each individual client. Individual coaching sessions lasting 30 - 90 minutes will be specific to each client’s goal and lifestyle. Sessions will address fitness, wellness and nutrition. “Our goal with this program is to provide true lifestyle coaching for each individual. Depending on the package chosen, clients will begin the program with an initial lifestyle assessment via phone or skype. The program will then support people with a personalized fit program, follow up phone or skype sessions, unlimited email support, weekly workouts, recipes, text reminders and a dedicated Vita Home Coaching blog. The program offers various packages ranging from 30 days to 90 days. Custom packages are also available for those looking for a program that lasts longer than 90 days.
