In December 2010, the Phelan family, owners of Pinchers Crab Shack, opened Texas Tony’s BBQ in Naples. Going strong with some savory barbecue unlike any other in the area, the Phelans decided to add two of these landlubber favorites to their traditional seafood menu – the Three Beef Stew and Texas Tony’s Signature Ribs.
With a rich history in the restaurant business, the Phelans are excited about the new menu items and the success of Texas Tony’s. “The tacos have been a great hit so far in our taste tests so they’re a natural fit. Introducing the stew and ribs is a nice integration of our two companies and opens up our Pinchers audience to a whole new world of flavors,” commented Tony Phelan, Founder.
The new menus are at all seven locations, from Sarasota to south Naples, effective immediately and all items are readily available.
