Robert Woodard's uncle, Fred McDonald, had served the Tuscola community for many years as the local go-to realtor through his realty group "County Realtors."  However, after many years of being a realtor, Fred elected to retire.  Through this retirement, a void was created in the Tuscola community that Robert knew needed filled.
