Buyer Group International, Inc. Verifies Letter of Intent for $3 Million

Sept. 12, 2011 - PRLog -- Buyer Group International, Inc., General Partner, verifies the receipt of letter of interest from Falcon Financial of New York acting as lead agent to act on behalf of Gryphon Productions Ltd. in connection with a proposed private placement offering up to $3,000,000 in exchange for interest in BLOOD WILL TELL, a feature motion picture for worldwide theatrical release in 35mm scheduled Spring 2012. The movie, BLOOD WILL TELL, is slated for Spring 2012 release and qualifying expendures of production in BLOOD WILL TELL will generate 100% tax write-offs and additional tax credits and incentives as per the Jobs Creation Act of 2004.
