Sept. 12, 2011 - PRLog -- Our Clients Akshay Keshav Tupe, Rishikesh Namdeo Thorve, Sarang Sopan Pawar, Ajinkya Dattu Wagh are the proprietors and applicants for the patent application in respect of ‘Systems and Methods for device based password-less user authentication using encryption’, in India under patent application no. 2565/MUM/2011, filed on September 12, 2011 which is the priority date for this application for this invention.  

Please note that any patent filed after our priority date covering the same or substantially similar invention, shall not have the priority on this invention and consequently shall not have any legal standing, under the provisions of Patents Act, 1970 of India.

The patent application discloses ‘Systems and methods for enabling reverse wheel locking arrangement using ratchet and pawl mechanism, involving a vehicle, a ratchet and pawl device connected to at least one wheel or wheel axle of the vehicle and a connecting or fastening component which connects the ratchet and pawl device to the wheel or the axle such that the wheel shall rotate only if the ratchet and pawl device rotates, and in such direction as the ratchet and pawl device rotates. The said invention helps in providing cost effective, simpler and user friendly solutions compared to the existing technologies addressing the said problem.’

We hereby notify publicly and to whomsoever it may concern that in respect of the said application and the invention covered in the application, that any attempt whether successful or unsuccessful to copy, reproduce, use, recreate, import or practice the patent pending invention or any invention substantially similar to the patent pending invention, may be in contravention of law of India, and shall attract suitable legal action on Civil as well as criminal grounds, including claims of compensation and injunctions.
