By: Nicole Panio John Mounce, Principal, of LandQwest Commercial, represented the seller, National Retail Properties, Inc., in the sale of the building formerly occupied by Robb & Stucky. The 76,783 square foot building, which sold for $6,312,500.00, is located at 13170 South Cleveland Avenue in Fort Myers, Florida. Over the past 15 years, Mounce has recorded three transactions on the same property. While an employee of Mariner Capital Management, a subsidiary of the Mariner Group (former parent company of Robb & Stucky), he was tasked to relocate Robb & Stucky from Colonial Boulevard to the location on South Tamiami Trail. Mr. Mounce was hired by National Retail Properties, Inc. to fill the building after HomePlace vacated.
