A Patriotic Memorial Event to 9/11 and a Celebration of Rebuilding Sunday at Covina Center!

Sept. 8, 2011 - PRLog -- Join Pomona Valley Habitat for Humanity, Southern California Gas Company, and Covina Center for the Performing Arts for a special 10th Anniversary 9/11 fundraiser event at the Covina Center this Sunday, September 11, from
2 PM to 6 PM.  

All donations from this event will go to the Habitat Covina project.  This Habitat Covina project started building August 1 and will help the Ontiveras family make their dream come true - by building the dream of home ownership.

This event will offer non-stop live entertainment for the entire family, featuring The Sentimental Sisters. The Sentimental Sisters is a trio of talented singers (Marilyn Cluff, Renee Starr and Janna O’Bryant) who love to recreate the Big Band sound of the Forties, especially the music of the Andrews Sisters.
Also, silent and live auctions and horse d’oeuves will ensure an afternoon of family fun.

The Covina Center is located at 104 N. Citrus Ave, Covina, CA 91723.  Donations accepted at the door with checks made out to Pomona Valley Habitat for Humanity.  Plenty of parking is available.
