Urology Center of SW VA Selects Benchmark for EHR and PMS Solutions

The practice will implement an integrated suite of leading edge technology to streamline office operations, improve communication and enhance patient care.  

One-click insurance eligibility and automated coding features will accelerate front and back office procedures.  The clinical database will recommend E&M codes and send ICD and CPT codes directly to the billing system, reducing inadvertent under-coding.  Digitally stored charts will mean that Dr. Naum Spiegel and staff will have secure access to important patient and practice information from remote locations. A web-based patient portal will give patients secure access to complete intake forms, verify insurance and demographic information before the office visit, and request prescription refills.
