It serves as an essential family strengthening resource for the 149-million parents and caregivers who might be worried, distressed, fearful or looking for a word of comfort and reassurance.

In addition to providing emotional support and assistance to callers, Helpline Advocates are trained to assist parents in creating their own solutions and building on their own strengths.
