Business Networking Event Aims to Stimulate Economic Growth in Las Vegas Area

Sept. 7, 2011 - PRLog -- WHAT: Chambers of commerce and business organizations in Southern Nevada along with hundreds of businesses representing the area’s vibrant business community will unite to provide the ultimate networking experience. Admission to the mixer, which is open to all business people, is $15 per person.

WHO: The event is hosted by: Boulder City Chamber, Convention Services Association, Green Chamber, Henderson Chamber, Korean American Chamber, Lambda Business & Professional Association, Las Vegas Chamber, Las Vegas Internet Chamber, National Association of Women Business Owners - Las Vegas, North Las Vegas Chamber, Sin City Chamber, Urban Chamber, Vegas Young Professionals, and Women's Chamber of Commerce of Nevada.

WHY: The goal of the mixer, now in its seventh consecutive year, is to encourage membership in one or more chambers of commerce, allowing businesses to grow based on a wider network of support. Each participating chamber of commerce and business association will have a booth with representatives on hand to answer questions about their organization. The mixer also provides a chance for businesses to network with each other for mutual support. Businesses and individuals do not have to be affiliated with a chamber or a business group to attend the event.
