Ashton Woods Will Bring Energy-Efficient, Urban Homes to Lake Nona’s Laureate Park

Sept. 6, 2011 - PRLog -- Ashton Woods unveiled its one-of-a-kind home designs for Lake Nona’s newest residential neighborhood Laureate Park. Urban Lofts
Ashton Woods will offer three urban loft floor plans, ranging from 1,689 to 1,877 square feet of living area with two to three bedrooms, two and one half bathrooms and a two-car garage. The unique urban facades will vary in color and exterior elevation. The interiors will be unlike traditional townhomes, featuring an open floor plan from the first to second story. The kitchen will also showcase a modern take on the eat-in island, a sought-after amenity common in larger custom homes.  

Single-Family Homes
The single-family homes at Laureate Park will offer future residents an abundance of design options with three floor plans ranging from 1,961 to 2,472 square feet of living area with three, four and five bedroom options. The homes, available as single or two-story, place a heavy emphasis on outdoor living, and feature a number of unique outdoor elements from the newest pool designs to an optional apartment/in-law suite above the detached garage. Homes also offer outdoor cabanas and kitchens, as well as a rear-entry three car garage options.

Atlanta-based Ashton Woods is a trailblazer in the area of energy-efficient construction and environmental protection.
