Lawyers2you stands are being placed in high footfall locations such as shopping centres, with the first stands in West Quay and the Swan Centre in Eastleigh from yesterday.
Aligned with Kiteleys’ accessible ethos, asking ‘how can we help you?’, the general public will be offered free legal advice over the telephone, or an appointment with Kiteleys’ experienced, committed and friendly solicitors for customers whose legal problems require a lawyer. Kiteleys offers a full range of legal services and strives to help individuals with tailored services to meet each individual’s needs.
Kiteleys Managing Director Mark Kiteley said: “There are two parts to being successful – good customer service and reaching out to new customers and engaging with them.
“We had our first enquiry at 9.30 on Monday and they won’t stop coming in! We couldn’t be happier with how it’s been going so far.
The Lawyers2you scheme is great because it allows us to engage with people in a new and different way. Recently we’ve been able to do so over social media, Facebook, Twitter and newsletters and now being in shopping centres it really ties in with what Kiteleys is about – meeting, getting to know and helping people.”
The franchise has been set up by the managing partner of law firm Blakemores, Guy Barnett. Barnett aims for Lawyers2you to become a familiar brand across the UK by increasing to 30 franchisees by the end of 2012 by the end of 2013. Alongside this, plans are in place to extend into Europe and North America.
