Sandlot, LLC adds five Texas hospitals to its Health Information Exchange Platform

In addition to the seven THR hospitals already connected, the following THR hospitals have begun feeding clinical patient data into SandlotConnect:

Nearly  2 million patient records are housed in SandlotConnect, providing hospital emergency department physicians and other care providers a comprehensive, longitudinal view of real-time patient data to improve patient outcomes at all points of care.
