Greater commitment to a brand generates more sales.  Word-of-mouth promotion and passion for a brand and its products has much value but continues to be difficult to examine.  ‘Many people will take recommendations from friends and family but true desire for a brand requires the consumer to have a personal experience or link to the brand, it is quite an emotional  tie’ says Sara King Cote, MD at Marketing Endeavours.
