Nationwide eDiscovery expert Julie Grantham is the featured presenter for the September 13, 2011 Smarter Better Faster webinar presented monthly by Forensics Consulting Solutions.

“Last March, FCS began its monthly client educational webinars with topics designed to help our clients work Smarter, Better & Faster.  It is our mission to create insightful discovery and to provide an uncommon client experience.  During this series of webinars, we have presented topics requested by our clients in exit surveys that have ranged from work flow, to defensible reduction in data, to Discovery in the Cloud.   Several clients requested an update on Meet & Confer, and we were thrilled to be able to have someone of Julie’s stature lecture on this program for our clients.  Julie is recognized throughout the nation as an expert in eDiscovery law.  In fact she developed and taught the first course on eDiscovery law at the University of Texas at Austin and her program has been used to model other law school curriculum.” Robin Thompson, Director of Marketing, Forensics Consulting Solutions.

This month’s webinar has been certified for one hour of CLE (which includes .25 of ethics) through the State Bar of Texas and is acceptable CLE credit in states with reciprocity.
