J and M Cleaning Service is a family owned Atlanta house cleaning service in business since 2004.  Owners Melvin and Josephine Cummings operate the business from their main office in Douglasville, a suburb of Atlanta.  By choosing to operate as an independent, family owned business they feel they are able to offer each client a very personalized experience, something a franchise or national chain might not be able to do.

The Cummings decided to have a new website created for several reasons. They wanted to give potential clients a place to learn more about J and M Cleaning Service.  They also needed a place to promote special offers and deals.  Finally, up until now, most of their business has come from repeat customers and referrals.   The new website will allow the Cummings’ business to take advantage of the tremendous opportunity available from being found in the major search engines.

The new website was owner Melvin Cummings’ idea.  Because of their location, he was concerned that the business might be viewed as just a Douglasville cleaning service. Owner Josephine Cummings says “I want this site to be more than just a way to market our business, I want to provide some information people can really use.”  She thinks the new site accomplishes both.
