In his tenure as a student and and an artist, Mahesh Prajapati got the opportunity to travel across, and learn different styles of art. Mahesh's art-works unveil human issues; the different situations which one comes across as an individual, and as a part of the society. The existential issues, problems regarding survival, environmental issues, human aspirations, desires, dreams, the simple wishes as well as complex desires— can be seen in his works. Figures come as a focal point with a detailed background, the paraphernalia, a variety of symbols and signs. The architectural forms, natural landscapes, animal forms, flora and fauna, all come along with male and female human figures in his canvases. “Mahesh's art-work is a happy splash of colours by the techniques of printmaking, painting, etching, serigraph, wood and linocut, lithography, water, oil and acrylic.
