A visit to the hairdressers will usually be for styling and don’t be afraid to comment on the temperature of the hair dryer or hair straighteners, if too hot, this will damage your hair, having said that, it is fine to use these appliances as long as they are not too hot, all things in moderation is fine.

Commitment to your locks will pay off in the long run, and you will need patience and exert some effort on making you hair look wonderful.  The first place to start is of course washing your hair and then you can apply conditioners or moisturizing products that protect your hair from damage due to extreme sunlight.
