~A notable NUTRITIONIST has suggested eating a piece of chocolate (MXI Corp’s Xocai?) every day could make you look more beautiful --- just like supermodel Miranda Kerr.  The tip comes after Kerr attributed her clear skin, shiny hair and trim figure to coconut oil.  Albert Einstein College of Medicine's Children's Evaluation and Rehabilitation Centre director of nutrition Keith Ayoob said Kerr's dose of four tablespoons a day adds up to about 460 calories, which is too much saturated fat for most people.  Keith Ayoob recommended people consume 28 grams of chocolate - at about 150 calories - instead of coconut oil.

"It (Dark Chocolate) has more nutritional benefit than coconut oil," he said.
"And Chocolate’s certainly going to be more satisfying."
"I can't say I'd want people consuming lots of coconut oil; you should use it sparingly," he said.
"She's getting two and a half times the amount of saturated fat I would recommend…”

~The World Health Organization has also warned coconut oil could contribute to an increased risk of coronary heart disease if taken to excess.
