Team's current development acreage is located in S.E. Kansas, with field offices located in Yates Center and Burden, Kansas. Team, which has eight employees, acquires producing and productive under developed fields and drills new wells in between this established production, a process called "developmental drilling.”
This is the second new office tenant to sign at lease at Paraiso in the last week and the third new tenant since the 50,000 square-foot office and retail center was acquired by PCG in June 2011. Earlier this month, Westlake Village-based Consolidated Electrical Distributors, Inc. signed an office lease for 600 square feet and locally owned La Cucina di Venti announced it will open its full service version of the popular Pizzeria Venti “sliceria”
Built in 2008, Paraiso Town Center includes 40,000 square feet of ground level retail and restaurant space with outdoor dining, and 10,000 square feet of office space. The Mediterranean style complex also features a children’s playground and landscaped common areas with fountains. The centerpiece is an outdoor amphitheater with a performance stage and movie screen.
Other retail tenants include Boney Mountain Coffee, Red Coral Restaurant, Fitness Together, The Art Box and Paraiso Cleaners. Office tenants include ETF Portfolio Management, Paraiso Family Dental and Orthodontics and Worldwide Supply.
Tom Dwyer and Michael of CB Richard Ellis represented both the landlord and tenant in the transaction.
