September 1, 2011–  Schakolad Chocolate Factory is introducing a new decadently delicious fresh chocolate product - Hand Made Cake Truffles.   The Hand Made Cake Truffle line come in 7 different delectable flavors:  a decadent red velvet, a subtly spiced carrot, a robust triple dark chocolate, a tangy lemon, a sweet strawberry, a sinful german chocolate with coconut and pecans and a comforting swiss chocolate with caramel.

Schakolad's new cake truffles will be unveiled and ready to hit the taste buds of Chocolate Lovers all over on September 15th during Schakolad Day - a Chocolate Celebration like no other.

Schakolad Day, which is often referred to as “one big chocolate party” is being held nationwide in all of the 27 individually-owned Schakolad stores in conjunction with the sale of the company’s very first truffle 16 years ago.   Schakolad Day event kicks off with a three-tiered chocolate fountain, a bevy of Chocolate-Dipped strawberries saluting mouth-watering Freshness, Gorgeous Chocolate Truffles showcasing just some of the handmade on-premises choices and the official unveiling of the new line of Cake Truffles.
