Recognizing that U.S. franchisors are pressed for time and resources, TES’ international team is rolling out its Global Multiplier Initiative, a concept through which TES will participate in and host international franchise showcases on behalf of its franchisor partners. At the showcases, TES will connect with foreign-based franchise candidates and cultivate relationships for its U.S. franchise partners. This includes ongoing follow-up with candidates after the showcases to take them through the full validation process.

With many years of experience in leading international development, TES’ international services include assisting franchisors through important legal, cultural and translation processes. Aaron McMartin, TES’ newly appointed Director of International Development, is overseeing the implementation of the new services. The seasoned franchise development professional has led franchise growth around the globe for many years at leading U.S.-based franchisors.
