RecruitMilitary to Present Civilian Jobs/Opportunities Expo for Veterans in Denver on September 29

RecruitMilitary will present a free civilian employment, business-ownership, and education Opportunity Expo for job seekers who have military backgrounds at INVESCO Field at Mile High, home of the Denver Broncos, on Thursday, September 29.
 
Aug. 30, 2011 - PRLog -- Cincinnati, OH -- RecruitMilitary, a military-to-civilian recruiting firm, will present a free civilian employment, business-ownership, and education Opportunity Expo for job seekers who have military backgrounds at INVESCO Field at Mile High, home of the Denver Broncos, on Thursday, September 29. RecruitMilitary is inviting veterans who already have civilian work experience, men and women who are transitioning from active duty to civilian life, members of the National Guard and reserves, military spouses, and other military family members. The event will begin at 11:00 a.m. and end at 3:00 p.m.
   
The company expects more than 35 employers, franchisors, educational institutions, and government agencies to reserve exhibitor booths at the Expo. Already signed up are Allstate, Anthem College, Argosy University, Columbia College, Denver VA Medical Center, DeVry University, First Command Financial Planning, G4S Secure Solutions (USA), Georgia School of Construction, Grand Canyon University, HSS – Shared Services, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Kaiser Permanente, Lockheed Martin Corporation, the National Veterans Employment Program (NVEP) of the United States Department of Veterans Affairs, Northwestern Mutual Financial, Ohio Center for Broadcasting, Prudential Insurance Company, Raytheon MOS, Redstone College, The Art Institutes, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Virginia College, and Webster University.

RecruitMilitary (www.recruitmilitary.com) will produce the Expo in cooperation with The American Legion (http://www.legion.org), an association of veterans who served during times of war. The Legion has 2.4 million members in nearly 14,000 posts throughout the world. Congress chartered the association in 1919.

RecruitMilitary has scheduled 15 additional Expos for 2011. Those events will take place in Atlanta, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Jacksonville, Kansas City, Los Angeles, Miami, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Pittsburgh, San Diego, Tacoma, and Virginia Beach.
