7.   When selling your home, your REALTOR will give you up-to-date information on the marketplace, financing, terms & conditions of competing properties.
8.   Your REALTOR will market your property to other real estate agents as well as the public, whether it is real estate in Colonie New York or Albany NY land for sale.
9.   Your REALTOR can help you objectively evaluate every buyer’s offer without compromising your marketing position.
10.   Your REALTOR can help close the sale of your home. Between the initial sales agreement and the closing, questions may arise.
