Communities in Schools of Cleveland County is an organization that surrounds students with a community of support, empowering them to stay in school and achieve in life.

Chelsea is a national affiliate for CHADD, which is the organization that supports those with Attention Deficit Disorder. She has created her own program Re-Focus: ADHD Awareness. Growing up, Chelsea was challenged with ADHD and fought to get through school and into college. Now a college senior at Gardner-Webb University, Chelsea will be graduating in May of 2012 with a BA in Communications. She is also a mentor for the Gardner-Webb University Noel Special Needs Program. Mentors-Matter is a non profit founded by Chelsea Rae Gregory, Miss SC International. The program offers workshops, support groups and a website resource that helps students with learning disabilities get into college and be successful in life.
