September 10th, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Reception 7-10pm
Sponsored by Utrecht Art Supplies of Sacramento, the Great California Paint Out will take place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on September 10, 2011. This festival allows accomplished artists to paint on their own and those who want instruction may paint with one of the master painters.
