Masters are judges and lawyers who have demonstrated superior character, ability, and competence as trial or appellate advocates. Prior to joining Snell & Wilmer, Brower served in a variety of senior government posts. From 2003 to 2004, he was with the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. He later served at the U.S. Government Printing Office (GPO), first as Inspector General and then as General Counsel. In 2007, he was appointed as U.S. Attorney for the District of Nevada by President George W. Bush and served in that capacity until September of 2009.
