Attendees at this year’s conference will hear directly from an unprecedented group of industry counsel who are the key stakeholders in pharmaceutical and medical device cases.  

Enhanced Networking and Business Development Opportunities

This year’s conference will include an exciting interactive session facilitated by in-house counsel, in which complex litigation hypotheticals will be analyzed. At the conclusion of the regular conference, a post-conference Business Development Master Class will shed new light on how companies select and evaluate their outside counsel.

Making Strategic Settlement Decisions

In special spotlight remarks, Francis McGovern, Professor at Duke Law School and the country’s leading expert on settling mass tort litigation will share insights from his  experiences in many of the industry’s most massive and complex cases. In addition, a focus session at this year’s event will provide guidance on “Creating Exit Strategies and Selecting the Most Advantageous Settlement Model.”
