The Enrichment Centers Announces Exciting New After School Programs

Aug. 26, 2011 - PRLog -- Washington, D.C. – The Enrichment Centers, Inc. is pleased to present their 2011 After School Program Lineup.

In addition to traditional education programs such as Reading, Science and Math, The Enrichment Centers is offering many new After School and Tutoring programs for 2011, including:

Chess, ScienceAlive, Cartooning/Anime/Comics, Dance & Drama, Yoga, Digital Photography, Fashion Design, Jewelry Making, Creative Handcrafts, Nature Crafts, Creative Writing, Languages, including: French, Japanese, Chinese and Spanish and their own “Empowered Learning Program” for organizational and study skills.

The Enrichment Centers is a local-area organization with a heartfelt commitment to learning. Founded 17 years ago, they provide in-home tutoring, after-school classes, and summer programs in all subjects, for students of all ages and levels. Their centers and qualified staff are located throughout the Washington D.C. Metro Area, serving D.C., Maryland and Virginia, including Fairfax, Arlington, Prince Georges and Montgomery Counties. They also have programs in North Carolina and Baltimore.

They are also No Child Left Behind program providers, teaching reading and math to at-risk children. The organization received the Best Instructional Practices Award, in 2009, by the Baltimore City Public Schools Office of Federal Programs for excellence in providing Supplemental Educational Services.
