Horizon Yacht Charters announces cabins available to rent on The 22nd Annual Caribbean 1500

Horizon Yacht Charters has launched details of its involvement in this year’s Caribbean 1500. Departing from Hampton, VA at the mouth of the Chesapeake Bay in November 2011, sailing to the beautiful British Virgin Islands, the yacht charter company has spaces available on board for crew members to join the rally.  
Aimed at sailors seeking adventure, as well as gaining sea miles, the longest-running offshore cruising event in the Americas is an opportunity not to be missed for those wishing to gain blue water experience. Sponsors of the event, Horizon Yacht Charters, will be sailing a Bavaria 36 (2011) and a Bavaria 45 (2011) down from its new base in Annapolis, to the finish line in Nanny Cay, in the BVI. Both models are part of the new Bavaria Cruiser Range, examples of the ground-breaking design partnership between Farr Yacht Design and BMW DesignworksUSA.
Costs for this trip start at $1,495 per person for a single cabin occupancy, rising to $2,495 per couple in a double occupancy cabin. Prices include a qualified captain, all food and fees. (Based on a 10 day passage, departing 7 November, 2011).
