Esquire Innovations iScrub Enhanced with Automated Connection to the RPost Cloud

Now, after iScrub prepares attached documents for sending to external parties, it automates options to transmit the message and attachments via the RPost Cloud processing platform, for best in class email proof, compliant and secure encryption, and electronic signature services.

By sending the document attached to a Registered Email® message, RPost provides the sender with a proof record of delivery, opening, content, and official timestamp; encrypted message content as needed, or the ability to obtain sender and/or recipient electronic signatures embedded into the attached document.

Senders receive their own delivery and opening report. IT staff gain advanced analytics to identify compliance and training gaps, as well as auditable evidence records. Combined, these empower the user with better information, thereby minimizing help-desk time and support requests.
