Marketing Endeavours Promotes Equality As Marketing Industry Has Smallest Gender Pay Gap

Aug. 24, 2011 - PRLog -- Marketing Endeavours an outsourced event sales and marketing firm strive to provide equality in the work place.  The recent survey conducted by reed.co.uk suggests the Marketing industry offers the narrowest pay gap between women and men compared to Finance, Business Services, Sales& Retail and Technology & Manufacturing industries.  The survey also says 19% of Marketers have a Masters degree and a further 16% of works in marketing continue to study to improve their future career prospects.
