Stacy began her career as a residential landlord in the summer of 2001 in Fishtown, after earning her Masters in City Planning from the University of Pennsylvania. Shortly thereafter, Stacy bought her first home in Northern Liberties. By May 2004, Stacy decided to make real estate her full time career. In February 2011, Stacy bought a new home in the LEED certified, contemporary urban infill development called The Nine in Fishtown. In August of 2011, Stacy transferred to Keller Williams Center City to take advantage of its cutting edge technology, which will help her go (virtually) paperless and to participate in its corporate culture of openness, cooperation and sharing.
