A Mountain Mama Brand Ambassador Welcomes Bundle of Joy

Aug. 24, 2011 - PRLog -- ONTARIO, Calif. – Marni Yamada, a former Team USA Snowboardcross racer and brand ambassador for Mountain Mama, is proud to announce the arrival of her baby boy.

Marni welcomed son, Asa, on July 13, 2011. With competitive side at rest, Marni switched focus to a new career path including being a doula, yoga instructor and product tester for Mountain Mama’s new yoga collection.   And now she is poised to take on her most important role, Mom.

“I have conquered some of the most incredible moguls, waves and spines during my competitive days with Snowboard cross, and have helped others achieve physical and mental goals through Yoga, and now look forward to the new adventures I will embark upon during my journey through motherhood,” Marni commented.  “Mountain Mama’s line of technical apparel have kept me cool and dry while I maintained my passion for outdoor adventure throughout my pregnancy, and they have promise to continue to be a favorite in my closet through post-maternity and beyond.”
