Rise of the Planet of the Apes, Super Virus; Reality or Fiction?

Planet of the Apes, Super Virus restoring brain function in dementia and Alzheimer’s patients. Will a drug or virus be the cure for a darkened organic brain, or will the re-infusing of light and health be the path way back to health?

PRLog - Aug. 23, 2011 - SAN RAFAEL, Calif. -- Rise of Planet of the Apes, plays to an eager and willing audience of diehard fans from the 1968 and 2001 versions of the movie with fabulous special effects and incredibly believable characters. Finally we are let in on the secret of how super intelligent apes came into existence. The screen writers of this latest version obviously had a fun time with this script as they wrote in a super virus to aid in restoring brain function in dementia and Alzheimer’s patients. Unfortunately in the storyline the virus temporarily helps humans and then become ineffectual, while apes they had used in animal testing reap the benefits as they integrate and adapt to this brain enhancement and pass on heightened IQ to their progeny.
This particular super virus has an emotional appeal to the western audience as we are faced with epidemic proportions of brain degeneration of our beloved elder population.  Is there a real cure in sight?
The idea of a brain asleep, being reawakened, reminds me of an earlier Hollywood portrayal  in the film "Awakenings," based on celebrated neuroscience author Oliver Sacks' case study. In this movie a group of patient’s had lost their ability to interact or participate in the world because they had a form a Parkinson’s disease. A new drug, L-Dopa, was the possible cure which allowed the patient a brief awakening period before returning to their catatonic state.
Though these stories deal with completely different circumstances around the issue of brain function, there is a new question we must ask ourselves; Is it medical science that will resolve this troublesome issue or do we look beyond the physical science of the body to discover possible cures for brain degeneration?
There is a new technique that is based on spiritual science which is allowing an awakening to take place in dementia and Alzheimer’s patients by altering the energy and colors that sit in the sleeping or perishing brain. As we are doing our research on clients and their loved ones we see repeating pattern’s and documentable improvements with weekly and bi-weekly sessions restoring colors and energy flow to the area of the brain.  Our participants need their weekly sessions to hold their improvements. Quality of life and loving interactions have been dramatically enhanced in those participating in the treatment.
Will a drug or virus be the cure for a darkened organic brain, or will the re-infusing of light and health be the path way back to health?
