I think now, this album is more what goes on in my head than the last three.”

ABOUT PIMPX
The project started when the label started in 2000, at first it was to compose soundtrack music for games but then it soon began to take its own shape and form. Never having a “genre” to hole itself into the project, Pimp wanted the music to just organically grow out into the digital world. The idea at first was to have the music and the title of the song tell the story behind it but soon after sound clips from cult TV and Films were added to help drive the story points where need be. From Chill out / Ambient to experimental to Techno House and almost everything in between, the idea behind the Pimp X Project was to just create and experiment with sounds and see what happens.
