CresaPartners represents Wisconsin Early Autism Project, Inc., with Madison relocation and expansion

PRLog (Press Release) - Aug. 22, 2011 - MADISON, WISCONSIN – August 22, 2011 – CresaPartners is pleased to have represented WEAP with their recent successful relocation and expansion in Madison.  The Wisconsin Early Autism Project, Inc., is a program and clinic for the treatment of children with autism based on intensive behavioral therapy in conjunction with developmental principles that have proven best outcomes.

Contracted by WEAP in January of 2010, CresaPartners’ principals, Matt Apter and Tim Rikkers, successfully represented the tenant, helping negotiate and secure a lease agreement that would accommodate a relocation of WEAP’s headquarters and provide expansion space for future additional program initiatives. Earlier this month, WEAP moved into 27,000 sq. ft. of newly finished space at 1210 Fourier Drive in the Old Sauk Trails business park on Madison’s West Side.
