Upcoming Exhibit: In September, on the 9th,as part of 1st Fridays, I will be exhibiting at World Cafe Live Wilmington 500 N Market St Wilmington ,DE

Some of his recent paintings include works in both Oil and Acrylics utilizing several new styles. Using palette knives and toothbrushes, Breitling has created surprising collisions in this non traditional style of medium combinations. Texture and layers as well as mixed media are prevalent throughout all of his new works. Found objects and natural ingredients such as pebbles and shells are arrayed amidst the patterns of color. Todd’s intention is to create a spontaneous visual journey for the eye. Todd is inspired to invoke the beauty and emotion of color in his work, acknowledging that the viewer’s experience creates their own interpretation of the meaning.
