Callaway Gardens Seeking Vendors For Its Harvest Moon Festival October 6-9, 2011

Opportunities abound for vendors selling products and services that promote a sustainable relationship with nature.

Aug. 19, 2011 - PRLog -- PINE MOUNTAIN, GA  – Callaway Gardens is seeking vendors to participate in the inaugural Harvest Moon Festival October 6-9, 2011, in Pine Mountain, Ga. The family-friendly festival will feature an impressive musical lineup including more than a dozen musical acts like The B-52s, The Gin Blossoms and John Hiatt.

Callaway Gardens is specifically looking for vendors that promote active and healthy living, environmental consciousness, and creative sustainability. The Festival’s Vendor Village will operate on Friday, October 7 and Saturday, October 8. Festival booths are available for as little as $100. Applications are available online at www.harvestmoonfest.com or by emailing info@harvestmoonfest.com.

The four-day festival is a celebration of the harvest and of man and nature’s fruitful coexistence, combining farm-to-table foods, cooking and gardening demonstrations, fun and educational activities for children, and of course, an unprecedented lineup of big-name bands.

In addition to a super-sized version of its popular Farmers Market, the festival is seeking participation specifically from vendors that offer products and services that cater to home and urban gardening, and artists and crafters that feature repurposed furnishings, art, or clothing. Additionally, businesses that promote sustainability such as building materials, water purifying, and biodegradable necessities are also encouraged to apply.

The festival will accommodate up to 15,000 people daily, and will serve as an excellent opportunity for businesses of any size to promote and sell their products and services to an attractive demographic from all across the region.
