Sachida Nagdev's canvases are hued with perfection, and saturated with liveliness, pertaining to the vibrant palette the artist chooses to use. “The underlying motive of my work is to evoke a sense of cheerfulness through the use of colours. I usually dip the paintbrush in a warm colour-scheme, and the resulting strokes are dynamic,” shares Sachida.
Sachida Nagdev is greatly inspired by old houses, small narrow lanes, saints, temples and old sculptures. As an artist, the changing phenomenon of nature has fascinated him. There have also been some incidents in history which have shook his heart and the artist has brought them alive on his canvases. Out of this, his works on 'Death' and 'Gas Tragedy' series emerged.
