Cooper Tea Company/Third Street Honored For Product Innovation At IQ Awards

Aug. 22, 2011 - PRLog -- Boulder, Colo. (Aug. 22, 2011) – Cooper Tea Company/Third Street has been selected as a finalist in the natural products category for the Boulder County Business Report’s 2011 Innovation Quotient (IQ) Awards.  

The selection is based on the companies’ “Third Street – B. W. Cooper’s Organic Iced Brew Tea Concentrates.” In Summer 2010, the companies jointly launched the co-branded line of organic iced tea concentrates, which became the most successful new specialty item in two Whole Foods Market regions. The partnership revealed the strong synergies of both companies. Earlier this year the companies announced their intention to merge. The companies offer a combined product portfolio of 52 SKUs that serve natural/organic and conventional grocery markets and foodservice operations.
