Chief Technical Officer Becomes Owner

Aug. 18, 2011 - PRLog -- Madison's Chuck Cross, Chief Technical Officer for Echo Ridge Partners, has become a major owner in the partnership. This development comes within weeks of his shepherding the first application of the groundbreaking software, iCatalystTM .  Echo Ridge Partners developed iCatalystTM , a policy and claims management software system that affords small to mid-size insurance companies to attain the same levels of service and efficiencies as their larger competitors, without the extraordinary cost of those systems.

Cross is an engineer by training, with extensive graduate work in mechanical engineering and computer science. He has been with Echo Ridge Partners since its inception in 2009.  Highly regarded for his work at Madison companies, Astronautics Corp of America, Gilson, and CareFusion, as well as having been a key consultant with Tara/Yahara Software, he leads the Echo Ridge team in all aspects of technical and database design.
