The service team installed twelve new Speed Queen Washers, one of which is a high-efficiency, handicapped-accessible 18-lb front load washer and twelve Speed Queen Energy Efficient Dryers. Once the renovation was completed Titus and Summit Housing Partners hosted an open house for all Forrester Gardens Apartment Complex residents.  During the festivities juice and snacks were passed out along with coffee mugs.  During the five hour open house all new machines ran free of charge for the entire complex, and Titus supplied unlimited detergent and dryer sheets at no cost to residents.
