Ex Works Delivers Relief for Change Five Compliance

Change Five is not a one-shot requirement. The TSA requires that forwarders must continuously update driver information and resubmit updated files on a monthly basis. “In order to ensure continuous compliance,” he says, “COMPLY supplies forwarders with a new set of updated files containing all of the driver changes in the last 30 days.”
